Spears hits back at claims her wedding was fake
As proof, [Us] magazine quotes from a four-page document, which states: Britney Spears and Kevin Federline agree that they intend to participate in a ‘faux’ wedding with one another on September 18, 2004. However, they do not intend to and shall not validly marry one another on said date.
Thankfully, Us Weekly has obtained a draft of the document and here are some details: If the couple divorces (and what are the odds of that?), Spears will pay Federline $300,000 a year for a period of time equal to half the length of their marriage.
The way we read that, if they stay married 10 years and then split, Federline gets $300,000 a year for five years.
Oops! No marriage license or pre-nup!
