Gwen Stefani says it is her attention to nuances that will distinguish her L.A.M.B fashion line from similar offerings of other celebrities. Surely some will be wearing her clothes while others just wish they could get in them.

I will own that I’ve often found her a ‘hottie’ and it is indeed her attire that has driven much of that feeling. But I’ve always liked too much scent and a air of trashiness.

Stefani says she’s not jumping on the celebrity fashion designer bandwagon for a quick ride. (Others planning collections in the coming months are Beyonce, Jessica Simpson and possibly even Justin Timberlake. Granddaddy Diddy launched his Sean John line in 1998 and won a Council of Fashion Designers of America award last year.)
