Playgirl Magazine Goes Out of Business

You can’t help but smile at the mere mention of Playgirl. How many gay men are so closeted that they would take the magazine off the shelf stead of an honestly gay-marketed skin magazine. Really Playgirl had become just a version of Freshmen with inferior nude male models.
While Playgirl probably was a fun novelty throughout the 70’s, who was reading it these last 20 years? Do you know any women who subscribed to Playgirl or stopped you on the street to say, “Hold on a second, I’ve got to pick up the new issue of Playgirl!”
Anybody ever know a woman who bought the magazine?
