Giant, which is sort of the latest lad’s magazine, will feature the likes of Devo and Christian Ricci rather than Britney Spears (and I guess kindred pop chart tarts).
“Most men don’t really bond the way it’s depicted in a laddie mag,” Hooper said. “The big secret is that men don’t really talk about sex — ever. Giant is about subjects men love to talk about — like quoting “Zoolander” for two hours or arguing over who’s a better drummer, John Bonham (Led Zeppelin) or Neil Peart from Rush?”
