You can't blame Ian Sutherland's alleged actions on a song from Chicago.
The lawyer defending a man accused of strangling and dismembering a former teacher told a court that the accused’s ex-girlfriend committed the crime - and sang a song from hit musical Chicago to celebrate.
A video clip of film star Renee Zellweger and other raunchy dancers singing: "He had it coming, He only had himself to blame" was played to the jury at the High Court in Edinburgh.
